Our workflow can be boiled down to 5 steps. First, we calculate the cost and terms of localization, which we then send to you for approval.

Second, we ask clients to fill out a short summary sheet which will become the basis for the project style guide. Once we have this, we can then create said style guide to make sure we stay on brand.

Third, the project manager in charge gathers a team of professional translators, editors, and experts who begin the fourth and biggest step — translation. Additional questions always arise in the process, so the manager makes a list of these, discusses them with you, and then gives the answers to the team.

Once the translation is ready, we move on to the fifth and final step where editors and quality control specialists review everything to make sure all of your requirements have been. After this and a few automated tests, you receive your fully localized product.

We offer a machine translation service called AI-powered Translation and Quality Assurance where AI is used as a basis for translation and text evaluation. For confidentiality reasons, texts are processed through our servers using a paid API. Translations that we do for our clients are not used for machine learning.

We can use AI to generate content for a specific task at the client’s request, but we don’t use it for standard translations.
