Personal qualities we value:
Empathy
You understand the task and the client’s mood, and can offer them exactly what they want. You have a sense of the moment and can choose the right communication strategy.
Ingenuity
Sales work is not just cold messaging. Sometimes you have a chance to come up with a cool idea, like a personal presentation or a link to an interesting article related to your conversation, for example.
Speed
We understand that if we don’t react in time, we lose a client. That’s why we value people who are able to make quick decisions and act on them.
Analyticity
You analyze your actions and your client’s actions. You analyze your mistakes and why they happened. You analyze examples from successful people and find out what made them successful. This is a must for professional growth.
